PenSmith ("we", "us") operates pensmith.ai. This policy explains how we collect and handle your data.

What we collect

We collect your email address when you sign up. For logged-in users, we store a 100-character preview of your humanised texts (not the full text) for your history feature. We store your XP, streak, and badge progress.

What we don't collect

We do not store the full text you humanise. Demo widget text is never stored at all.

Third parties

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Upstash for rate limiting, and Sentry for error monitoring. Text submitted for humanisation is processed by our NLP engine and is not stored after processing is complete.
