7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. We will refund that payment in full, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@pensmith.ai from the address on your account with the subject line "Refund". Refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Renewals

The 7-day guarantee applies to your first charge on a new plan. Subsequent renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future billing (see below). If a renewal charged in error, contact us and we will make it right.

Cancelling

You can cancel from your account page at any time. You keep full access until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

No guarantee of results

PenSmith is a writing tool. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from any third-party AI detector, and refund eligibility is based on the timeframe above - not on detector results.
